We are committed to respecting human rights, promoting ethical labour practices, and ensuring that individuals are treated with dignity, fairness, and respect.

4. PROHIBITED PRACTICES

Arcangel strictly prohibits:

  • Threats or intimidation

  • Exploitative employment practices

  • Retention of identity documents

  • Coercion or unlawful restrictions on movement

Any form of participation in or facilitation of such activities is unacceptable.

7. Supplier Expectations

Arcangel expects suppliers, contractors, consultants, subcontractors, and business partners to uphold standards consistent with this Statement.

We expect business partners to:

  • Prohibit child labour

  • Maintain ethical working conditions

  • Cooperate with reasonable due diligence activities where appropriate

Where significant concerns are identified, Arcangel reserves the right to review, suspend, or terminate business relationships.

8. DUE DILIGENCE

Arcangel seeks to apply reasonable due diligence measures when engaging suppliers, contractors, and service providers.

Such measures may include:

  • Reviewing supplier credentials

  • Assessing reputation and business practices

  • Evaluating compliance commitments

  • Monitoring identified risks where appropriate

The extent of due diligence may vary depending on the nature of the relationship and associated risk.

9. Reporting Concerns

Arcangel encourages employees, contractors, suppliers, clients, and members of the public to report concerns relating to:

  • Exploitation

  • Unethical labour practices

  • Human rights violations

Reports may be submitted confidentially through the channels identified in our Whistleblower Policy.

Arcangel will take reasonable steps to investigate credible concerns and address identified issues appropriately.

10. Non-Retaliation

Arcangel prohibits retaliation against any individual who, in good faith, raises concerns regarding modern slavery, human trafficking, labour exploitation, or related misconduct.

Individuals reporting concerns honestly and responsibly will be treated fairly and respectfully.

11. Continuous Improvement

Arcangel is committed to continuously reviewing and improving its ethical, labour, human rights, and governance practices.

This Statement may be reviewed and updated periodically to reflect evolving legal requirements, industry standards, and organisational commitments.

12. APPROVAL AND RESPONSIBILITY

Responsibility for implementing and maintaining the principles contained within this Statement rests with Arcangel's leadership, management, employees, contractors, and relevant business partners.

All personnel are expected to support the commitments outlined herein.
